Windline 3-Step Over-Platform Telescoping Boat Ladder – Molded Steps (TDL-3)

Most factory boarding ladders stop about one step short of useful. They look fine folded against the platform and then, in the water, you find the bottom rung sitting right at the surface with nothing to push off. A three-step telescoping ladder that actually reaches below the waterline solves it, and it is one of the cheapest upgrades that changes how a boat gets used.

The Windline TDL-3 mounts over the swim platform or deck edge and extends down on telescoping tubes, then folds back up flat and out of the way. The steps here are molded — wide, deep treads with a textured surface that stay comfortable underfoot and, unlike bare metal, do not get too hot to stand on after an afternoon in the sun. That matters more than people expect on a pontoon, where the ladder sits in full sun all day.
