Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. To start a return, email us at info@pontoonoutfitters.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: special order items (custom fuel tanks, boat covers, bimini tops, docks, sterndrive engineering, cut lengths, hazardous materials), electrical engine parts (stators, triggers, solenoids, and similar components), electronics, and propellers that have been used in the water.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item, back to your original payment method.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@pontoonoutfitters.com so we can make it right at no cost to you.
