Four fender hangers that clamp to a pontoon rail and hold a fender without a knot. The line drops into the hanger and locks, so a fender goes over the side in a couple of seconds, its height can be reset while you are coming alongside, and it comes back aboard just as fast.
Four is a full boat's worth at the usual two fenders per side — one at the widest point and one aft — so nothing has to be moved across when the wind changes which way you come in.
