Base only. You will also need a C-size double socket arm and a C-size cradle or plate to complete the mount.

• Ball size: C Size (1.5") — the arm and cradle must match
• Tool-free installation and removal

Measure your rail before ordering. Pontoon top rails commonly run 1" or 1¼" and fence uprights around 1¼" square, all within this range — but boats vary, so check yours.
