Fortress FX-37 Aluminum Fluke Anchor – 21 lb (Boats 46'–51')

The Fortress FX-37 is a 21 lb aluminum-magnesium alloy fluke anchor, rated by the manufacturer for boats 46–51 ft. The alloy does not rust, the flukes adjust to sand or mud, and the anchor breaks down flat for storage.

This is the largest of the three sizes stocked, and its rating is well beyond what a typical pontoon calls for — it belongs on a large tritoon or a boat that anchors in current and wind. The FX-23 covers 39–45 ft and the FX-11 covers 28–32 ft.
